The views from this 6th floor perch are pretty spectacular year round & especially when a squadron of pelicans fly by or the sight of whales migrating in the Fall. Surf Club has it all, coffee on your ocean front deck as the sun rises on the horizon, enjoying the multitude of sport offerings & then a nice cocktail on the river as sun sets on the Matanzas river! Surf Club is a class act! The condo is vacant, and therefore a safe to view.
